Sharan Schefrin, Director of the Luxury Collection Division and Branch Manager, is a native of England and has chosen the Conejo Valley as her home. She has a management background in luxury retail spanning over 20 years, including LVMH and most recently Burberry. She oversaw the training programs and managed the worldwide flagship store
Sharan Schefrin, Director of the Luxury Collection Division and Branch Manager, is a native of England and has chosen the Conejo Valley as her home. She has a management background in luxury retail spanning over 20 years, including LVMH and most recently Burberry. She oversaw the training programs and managed the worldwide flagship store in Knightsbridge, London. Since moving to the US she also managed the Beverly Hills store. All of that sales and management experience has made the transition to real estate a smooth one and she has established herself as the premier agent in her neighborhood. Now her focus is on taking the Luxury Collection to new ground breaking levels and supporting real estate professionals to achieve the highest standards in knowledge and service.

Furthermore, Dean takes the fiduciary duty he owes to his clients very seriously
Dean Schefrin is a well-respected attorney as well as a distinguished luxury Realtor. Having specialized in drafting and analyzing business contracts for over two decades, Dean never lets anything get by him when it comes to negotiating the sale of a home. Furthermore, Dean takes the fiduciary duty he owes to his clients very seriously - he does not make a move, big or small unless it absolutely benefits or protects his clients. With a Wharton School of Business degree and a UCLA Law degree, Dean is a consummate professional. That said, he is also likable and engaging - the sort of person with whom buyers, sellers, and even agents enjoy working. Originally from Milwaukee, Dean has called Southern California home for over 30 years, and he currently lives with his wife and daughter and three cats in Thousand Oaks.
